1. Delivery Coverage

We ship to all states and major cities in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). We do not cover international area shipping. 

2. Shipping Charges

• We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or delivery location within Malaysia. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for shipping

3. Delivery Timeline

• Peninsular Malaysia: 3–7 working days.

• East Malaysia: 5–10 working days.

• For bulky items (e.g., Air cooler, air purifier), delivery may take longer and will be scheduled accordingly.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with reputable courier and logistics partners for standard and heavy/bulky item deliveries. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, no recipient, or restricted access, our team or the courier will contact you for redelivery arrangements.
