Items marked as “non-returnable,” “final sale,” or “clearance.”
Items that are used, damaged due to customer misuse, or missing parts due to customer error.
Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., air purifiers, personal care devices) unless defective.
Return Process:

Return Shipping Costs:

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation for pre-ordered items is only allowed before we begin processing the order for shipment.
